Well. I've watched the live testimony. It wasn't a classified or fed document. Otherwise Comey would probably already be seating in a cell next to Realty Winner.

I watched it too but that doesn't mean anything about it being a Fed Document or Classified. And that is not true, IF it was true, HRC and Abedin would be in a cell next to Winner too!!
We sent the emails to her personal laptop so we could print them! I guess the US Government doesn't have printers? Or were they one systems that were not supposed to print those specific documents? BUT they remain free to do what they want.
Also how convenient that Comey took notes of a dinner or short meeting but didn't take notes during an interview of someone under investigation. hmmmm.....
And....LOL
How about the fact that he says he is not in the position to say if what Trump did was obstruction BUT he was in the position to say HRC shouldn't be prosecuted?

Comey did say he took the notes on a federal computer, as a federal employee, making it a federal document. That part doesn't really matter all that much to me either way as Comey is no longer the FBI director. Luckily for Trump Comey did more positive than negative as far as the President is concerned. Made the Pres look bad for asking for loyalty and asking for him to let Flynn go but also showed that Trump and his team had no collusion with Russia and that President Trump did not stop Comey from continuing investigations (IE didn't obstruct him).

The Left is in full trigger mode today! Holy crap!
Now they are stating that Trump fired Comey because "he didn't stop the investigation". this was my response.
Yes, Trump did fire Comey partly because of the Russian investigation but it isn't because he didn't "stop the investigation" like some of you are trying to claim. He fired him because Comey wouldn't state publicly what he had told Trump privately, that "Trump was not under investigation".
How convenient that Comey took notes about a dinner because Trump is a "liar" but yet didn't take any notes of an interview of someone under investigation of a PROVEN liar! Let that sink in! - this set a few off.

Good to see ya doc What happened to jason whore house? Either I'm not getting the hint or it's the wrong Doc. Still, Hi there. SHANE523 Everyone's on full spin today. Left, right and the ones in the middle are getting dizzy! lol About " How about the fact that he says he is not in the position to say if what Trump did was obstruction BUT he was in the position to say HRC shouldn't be prosecuted?" First for Hilary the investigation was thoroughly done. It in the past and not related to Comey's testimony. I understand you and many others didn't like his conclusion but it's what it is. As for the first part of your question. Comey's is an experienced prosecutor. If he states anything about his opinion at this point it could undermine his testimony or credibility "in the face of law" He act like the perfect witness. States facts, not opinion. And he is absolutely right to do so. (In his own interest.) It's not to him to judge if it was obstruction of justice. On the other end it was his call to say if there was enough (if any) evidence to submit Clinton's case to the Department of Justice. I know not everyone agree with that part but that's how it work. (Here in Québec at least.) Not every investigations results are turned to dept. of Justice. (The "DPCP" in our case.) Once again. You may not agree with with his decisions. You may not like the guy. (Can't say I'm a fan myself.) But he knows what he's doing. Which bring me to the "leaked" memos... Apparently I'm the only one who remember only the first one to be written on a FBI laptop. Including "liberal" media so... idk... Maybe I was wrong about that? I know, it's shocking. You'll recover! Anyways. It was his personal recollection and was transmitted while he was a private citizen so... What you wanna do about that? Erase his memory? As I said. Like him or not you have to admit the guy is good and knows his business. I'm pretty sure he knew what he was doing. Enough to not even try to hide what he had done. Yup, everyone is on full spin today. Another thing a lot of people are talking about is why didn't Comey told Trump he shouldn't be asking stuff like that. That's where I think Comey wasn't 100% honest. One(s) of the few moments where he hesitated before answering. Beside those he had to say. "Not in public". My opinion, and its my opinion only, is his professional reflexes kicked in. Cops, investigators, prosecutors, lawyers, border agents, name it. They all hide a raptor inside. They see someone digging his own hole . Say nothing, do nothing. Let him dig and take notes. That's exactly what he said he did. Trump first big mistake was to threaten Comey with "tapes" story. Now he better shut up and pray for the best. But no. His lawyer said he want to file a complaint... I wouldn't do that. Comey breath laws, court and prosecution. He dedicated his entire life to it and his good. Really good. Don't challenge the guy in his own playground.

He knew he would have been fired. He's probably trying to shift blame onto Lynch.
