^ Lots of anti-white racism and prejudiced opinions. Whoa, u & I have very different ideas about what constitutes racism & prejudice. Most of that sounded reasonable to me; what didn't to you? In fact, its good advice for most anyone The way the video assumes that "white guys" are all of the same mindset and that this mindset is somehow anti-minority is a very prejudiced position that exposes some "anti-white feelings (racism)". Or how about "mansplaining" AKA when a guy tries to explain his position and the girl doesn't like what the guy has to say she can shut him down the a sexist comment of "mansplaining" but if a women explains to a man it is somehow ok. Its the double standard once again. America has been great for plenty of non-whites and non-men as well. Do I need to list all the successful people whom are not white males in American for you? I don't think I do How about being against All Lives Matter and trying to isolate protection from the police to only one race and not all Americans. Just so much wrong, prejudiced, and anti-white (which is racism) in that video.

Whoa, u & I have very different ideas about what constitutes racism & prejudice. Most of that sounded reasonable to me; what didn't to you? In fact, its good advice for most anyone I'm just gonna borrow a pg from the old OT & go color, beg patience:
The way the video assumes that "white guys" are all of the same mindset and that this mindset is somehow anti-minority is a very prejudiced position that exposes some "anti-white feelings (racism)". Agreed, shouldn't lump. They should have been more specific; assuming all in audience would know who they're referring to
Or how about "mansplaining" AKA when a guy tries to explain his position and the girl doesn't like what the guy has to say she can shut him down the a sexist comment of "mansplaining" but if a women explains to a man it is somehow ok. Its the double standard once again. Can only go w/ my understanding of the matter: You, PLYMCO_PILGRIM , are female, still a mechanic. I, random dude, even after being told ur a mechanic, remind u how important it is to check tire pressure, change oil.
Women can do this too ofc; anecdotally men do it more, to where its actually become a thing, as we see. Any woman who chooses to cry "mansplaining" in a situation that isn't mansplaining is a petty/exploitative/ignorant (and/or) human being
America has been great for plenty of non-whites and non-men as well. Do I need to list all the successful people whom are not white males in American for you? I don't think I do Success inspite of, not because of, certainly in the past; stories of "overcoming obstacles" not faced by White males. Successes listed by @setzaroth 's vids, all in sports/entertainment. Equivalent of lottery win; professional, white collar success is the goal. Doctors, lawyers, executives, what have youHow about being against All Lives Matter and trying to isolate protection from the police to only one race and not all Americans. Poor wording by mtv girl; pretending to misunderstand her meaning, that's disingenuous. Black Lives Matter does not negate All Lives Matter (which was reactionary, even mocking, in origin). Its bringing attn to issues that r relatively more severe (more blacks %-wise do die at hands of police). Some things that I don't agree with, for instance...
...Ofc the lives of police officers matter. Just so much wrong, prejudiced, and anti-white (which is racism) in that video. Were they targeting all whites, or those who engage in the behaviors they described? If none of it describes you, than it isn't targeted at you.
Another thing: There may have been true misunderstanding here, but when not mentioning "I have black friends" is brought up, its because its sometimes used as an excuse/get-out-of-jail-free card before/after something borderline-to-blatantly racist is said
All that said, the MTV vid absolutely could have been better thought out, but the sentiments behind them for the most part I don't disagree with (except about cops, even if Blue Lives Matter was reactionary too. There's less malice in it, & true pain/loss attached)

For my part, I'm pretty confident he's not some raging bigot. Just poor sense/judgement, at least when it comes to corporate partnership; u sign on w/ a Disney (or a Nike or an Apple or w/e), certain things r gonna b expected of u. Like, don't go anywhere near anything remotely associated w/ bigotry (that word ), even as a joke, or u can kiss the $$ goodbye (u'd think his handlers/agent/lawyer woulda filled him in on this...) P.S. @setzaroth , did u get to read the Forbes article I linked? Gives a decent idea

What poor judgement? The context of what he did was clear.
Also, maker signed him on. He's not hurting. Not even a little. The only people kissing money goodbye is maker studios. Except not really, because his videos are still claimed by them. It's almost like they just wanted to virtue signal but keep all the money.

It's almost like they just wanted to virtue signal but keep all the money. Disney doesn't care for rationalizations at this pt, & if he cared he shoulda known that'd b the case, kept it in mind; poor judgement. If he didn't wanna b curtailed, get fine-tooth combed, he shouldn't have signed on (Did u read the link...) & my understanding, a lot of PDP's money comes from corporate sponsorships; how many r gonna jump ship, distance themselves from this. You seem to know about the situation pretty well; I highly doubt PDP is enjoying this too much

Are you kidding? He does this kind of stuff to mess with people. He toys with the media and gets tons of publicity from it. He's only been gaining subs since this happened. Not to mention H3H3, a beloved channel on the platform, defending him is going to help a lot. Not that he even needed that.
Now that he's a free agent, he can do whatever he wants. Not to mention, plenty of networks will likely jump at the chance to represent him.
The whole reason I brought it up was because of how blown out of proportion this whole thing is, and how dumb the media is being.
