i dont think everyone is able to get lasik surgery your eyes must be eligible for example my eyes arent eligible for that ive had really strong prescription glasses since a very young age and i think i have more than just astigmatism.. good luck tho even if i was eligible i dont think i would want to do that

Well, I've always been far-sighted (premature baby), but now as an adult, the strength in my eyes is not that high. I manage without glasses, but sometimes I use computer glasses to proactively prevent headaches. I mean, my optician recommends I should probably wear glasses at all times, I think nah.

bro.. i have high prescription glasses.. if your eyes are normal and you put my glasses on.. you will start vomiting etc..
with that being said.. if i walk around without my glasses for the whole day.. i get massive headaches.. terrible headaches..
if you wish to risk getting headaches for some stupid reason cause you dont like the way you look or feel with your glasses then thats crazy but oh well im in a country where we accept people who make crazy decisions like that so thats cool

an iq test is good but some people misunderstand the point of iq tests.. just cause you score high on a particular iq test does not mean you will always succeed better in a particular field/situation than someone who scored lower than you..

100% agreed, Hitman. The one I posted is not even a real one, it's just to coax people into taking the actual test and so Mensa gets da cha-ching. High IQ definitely helps if you want to further science, but it's not everything. It doesn't guarantee success, and a low(er) IQ doesn't mean you couldn't become an MA in philosophy (for instance). My brother studies maths at university. I wonder if I were smarter had I been born at 40 weeks. The US army has used it 'cause if your IQ is below a certain range, they can't really use that person cost-effectively. I have pretty much the next week off.  |
