^Yup, it's just his vendetta against consoles, that is all. Subjectively, I think it's like an 8/10 game, but objectively it's more like 10/10. Regardless, I'm not excited for TLOU 2. I have said this many times, but I thought the conclusion of TLOU was satisfactory, and a sequel will only damage the legacy of the IP. It's simply not needed. LMFAO. I thought that when I played it on PS3, and only owned a PS3. You have no idea what you're talking about. The only time I judge a game for the platform it's on, is in the context of performance and resolution.
They took the plot of "I Am Legend" replaced the dog with a smartass little girl, and gave you a pseudo-open world experience with light crafting and puzzle solving.
It wasn't a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, but I don't understand why people think it was so wonderful. Do they not consume any other media besides videogames?

Am I the only one that's just kind of "meh" about TLOU? I thought the first game was average, and I don't see the second one being any different. Umm yeah. Regardless if "you" didn't like the first one, it was everything but average. Nah, It was average. To be fair, I think most games are average and lacking in originality.
I'm open to have my mind changed though. (Nobody has succeeded in this in the years since TLOU launched but...) It was a derivative zombie game that ripped the plot straight from "I Am Legend". But instead of a rogue virus, we got mutant fungal spores. The voice acting was fine, and gameplay was solid, but that describes plenty of games, why is TLOU lauded as the second coming of gaming Jesus when it shares so many aspects with other titles?
Most people just got emotionally attached to the characters for whatever reason. Not to mention the bullshit ending that totally undoes everything you do in the game. Oh well. "muh feelz" are in tact. 1000/10 needs 40 sequels.

Now I just need to learn it in master mode, where you do not get to see the notes.

Is any game truly original anymore, at least in overall idea? After 20+ years since the PS1, most games are just an adaptation of something that has already been done. For such a short game, I thought it did a great job in emotionally sucking you in through the characters and story. As far as the ending, I had no issue with it, it was the perfect setup for a sequel.

Stories that leave something open to viewer's interpretation are the best ones. Uncharted 4 had an ending which concluded it all. That was a piss poor boring ass ending.

As with my first play of Sleeping Dogs, I was drunk at the end of TLoU too and can't remember what happened now. I have a PS4 copy of it, but I just can't bring myself around to playing it again. Not that I didn't think it was a good game, I just find it hard to play most games more than once after I've finished them. Just seen dulun on the PS forum, not sure why he brought up Plus games in a refund thread, but that's dulun for you twit.
