It's a fine album. I mean, it has the following great hits: Aces high, 2M2M, Powerslave and RotAM, but the rest of the album is fillers. I think Maiden is notorious for having a lot of filler songs in their albums (as well as kickass hits and memorable riffs).
Cherry Coke (or what I have now is Pepsi Max Cherry) goes well with whisky. I said earlier that the combo (coke + whiskey) doesn't work, but with cherry it does. The sweetness of the berry makes the otherwise dull combination alive.

I pretty much agree, I'm not a big fan but I like a few of their songs a lot. I don't really like Dickinson's voice much either, I think the earlier stuff they did with Di'Anno singing sounded much better vocally. Seen them twice at at festivals and they put on a good performance, very energetic. |

Huge Maiden fan, love both Paul & Bruce but couldn't stand Blaze. Some albums do have filler songs, my favorite album and one in my opinion that has no filler and ever song is great is Piece of Mind

I should have Seventh Son on vinyl as well as Powerslave somewhere, but it doesn't seem to be with my other records for some reason. I think I'll have a look out for Killers and Iron Maiden to add to my vinyl collection now that I have a record player again, Maiden albums are worth collecting just for the artwork in my opinion.

Vinyl has been making a bit of a comeback here in recent years, only problem is that records are quite costly at £20, CD's are half the price or less. Luckily there's a few places in town that deal in used albums, and there's always Amazon to browse used records.
