If you do it for an extended period of time, yes, it's unhealthy, but a 24h fast is not unhealthy for a healthy person.
I wouldn't do over 48h fasts because I don't want to lose muscle mass. Not that I have a lot to begin with.
But yeah, the irritability is enough for me not wanting to repeat this every week.

returning those shitty headphones inspired me to get my old headphones that i thought i broke and fix them..
i took them apart and cleaned them and work like new..
amazing
